Meditation Guide

I have always been drawn to light work.  Even as a child I was drawn to the inner world of the mind.  In recent years, it was a natural fit for me to complete a 200 hour Meditation Certification course and become a Certified Meditation Guide. 

 

Meditation is a daily practice for me. It has changed my outlook on life, and I hope to be able to continue to share this passion with all who are interested in letting go of the fear of just being.

 

I hope to continue teaching and helping others find their place on the path to happiness and self-growth.

 

Meditation is for everyone. It is a stress reducer, helps you free your mind, healing, and best thing of all, it gives you more happiness! Meditation can seem like a hard practice to begin. Many believe that it isn’t for them, and they could never concentrate for more than a few moments. I am here to tell you; you can do it! All you need is a few tools. 

 

When you work with me, I will teach you the basics of meditation, giving you the skills and techniques you need to begin your daily meditation practice.
