Service Description

Work one-on-one with Lindsay to learn the basics of mindfulness and meditation. Meditation helps to reduce the way our body perceives stress. Meditation can also improve sleep quality, reduce anxiety and best thing of all, it can increase happiness! Meditation can seem like a hard practice to begin. Many people believe it isn’t for them. That they could never concentrate for more than a few moments. But with the right tools, you can learn to meditate and improve your mental, emotional and physical health in the process! The first session is 60 minutes and subsequent sessions will be about 45 minutes and will be designed and tailored specific for your needs.


Cancellation Policy

We ask that you provide at least 48 business hours in advanced notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. If it is less than 48 business hours to your appointment, the total paid at scheduling will be forfeited.
