Can I use my health insurance for my office visit?

Visits are cash pay, or you may use your HSA card. As another option, at your request we will provide you with a superbill after your visit to present to your insurance company for reimbursement. (Please contact your insurance company to ensure this option is included in your plan).

Yes! If there are any labs, specialty testing, imaging or prescriptions ordered at your visit - you can use your insurance.

It is extremely important you fill out the questionnaires at least 48 hours prior to your visit.  We set aside 90 minutes for your first visit and 60 min for additional visits to spend time on you and your health concerns.  We don't want your visit time to go to waste filling in a list of supplements.

What is the refund policy?

As long as you allow at least 48 business hours prior to your appointment to cancel, you will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund (minus a $25 processing fee. If it is within 48 business hours of your appointment, the amount paid at scheduling will be forfeited. 

Is there a refund policy for the programs?

As long as you allow 48 business hours prior to your appointment to cancel, you will receive a refund minus any visits you have completed.  Programs are discounted from the regular visit pricing. Should you end your program early, the regular pricing would apply and the refund would be based on that. (for example, initial visit is $250 and subsequent visits $150).
