Service Description

After you have had your new patient consultation and are ready for a follow up appointment to review lab results in depth or continue your treatment plan, please schedule this 60 minute appointment. Examples of labs we may be reviewing could be blood labs, comprehensive stool testing, comprehensive hormone or nutritional panels, food sensitivity or heavy metal testing. Some new patients aren't needing or wanting labs and instead are given treatment recommendations in their initial consultation so this appointment would be to follow up and see what progress has been made or what barriers need to be addressed. After completing a new patient consultation and new patient follow up, you will then be considered an established patient and can use the established patient pricing for appointments that can be scheduled as needed. Alyssa is a primary care provider and can manage long term health needs if you would like to continue seeing her as needed for health concerns that arise. *We do not bill insurance but you may use an HSA/FSA card if you have one or request a super bill for insurance reimbursement. Cancellation Policy

We ask that you please allow at least 48 business hours prior to your appointment to cancel or reschedule. If it is within 48 business hours of your appointment, there will be a $50 cancelation fee. For new patients there is a $50 non-refundable deposit due at the time of scheduling to secure the 90 minute time slot. We appreciate your understanding.
